Maintaining a responsible and sustainable relationship with our stakeholders

We ask our teams to conduct their activities with integrity and to work with our various stakeholders (employees, customers, partners, suppliers) in compliance with ethical rules: transparency, respect, deontology, fairness and confidentiality.

Ethical commitment: We formalize our ethical commitments in our anti-corruption policy and our code of conduct, which we make available to all our stakeholders.

Whistle-blowing procedure: We provide our stakeholders with a whistle-blowing procedure to report any behavior that is contrary to our commitments.

Service quality: We take care to ensure the quality of our services.

Buying responsibly

We place CSR at the heart of our purchasing process. We promote responsible consumption that ensures economic growth in line with our values and commitments. Through our purchases, we also contribute to reducing inequalities by participating in the development of the Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE).

Training courses: We train and raise awareness of climate change and CSR issues among our Purchasing and Technical teams.

CSR criteria: We integrate CSR criteria into our choice of partners.

SSE: We participate in the Social and Solidarity Economy, in particular by calling on service providers from the Adapted Sector and by setting up integration projects.
